Broccoli Cheese Soup
1.5 cups Soy Milk
1 cup 1% Milk
1 cup water
2 T. butter
1 small Shallot
2 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup flour
8 oz bag sharp Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Broccoli & Carrots (shredded)
Instructions: Mix shallots, garlic, butter and a little extra virgin olive oil in pot and cook on low heat. Add in chopped broccoli, carrots and water. Bring to boil. In seperate bowl, mix milks and flour. Add milk mixture to rest of soup. Mix in cheese. Enjoy!

1 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Flour
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup shredded Zucchini
1 Egg
1 cup reduced fat Margarine
1 cup Raisins
Instructions: Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop by Tablespoon on sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
